Happy monday guys. This is my favorite spinach stew/palava sauce recipe. I have couple ways of making it but this by far is the the easiest and quickest. Feel free to make it yours by adding a little twist to it. You can add fried meat or fish to it, you can also substitute red oil with vegetable oil or coconut oil.
