Pp please

I found a pea sized lump in my left breast about 8 weeks ago, the dr didn't say exactly what it was but if it was still there in 6 weeks they would look at cutting it out, I've booked another appointment to get it looked at but the wait is about 2 weeks, in the mean time I've noticed another one in another part of my left breast. Has anyone had this and can give me some advice please I.e what it was or what happened? I'm 21 if that makes any difference thank you x long plus size bridesmaid dresses
