HELP PLEASE!

Good evening po sa lahat ng Mommies and soon to be Moms!
I have this excruciating pain in my shoulders to the arms down to my fingertips in both hands. Do you have any idea what to do with this? I'm 36 weeks and 2 days pregnant and it's getting worst everyday. I can't hold a pen or do anything because of the pain. Sometimes it's hard for me to even close and open my palms. midi sleeved wedding wears in knee length :'(
